Leonbergers are versatile canines. They are wonderful companions; most love water; some
are capable of competitive obedience or agility (although I don't recommend agility for giant
breeds due to the stress on their bodies); some enjoy showing in conformation;  many are  
tender and effective therapy workers. They all have different strengths!
