Leonbergers are versatile canines. They are wonderful companions; most love water; some
are capable of competitive obedience or agility; some enjoy showing in conformation;  many
are  tender and effective therapy workers. They all have different strengths!

Barkley - Snowball catch
    It's official! Cherrywood's Lion of Barque Harbor RE,
    AXP, MJP,XFP, LCA CD,VLA took the Top Leonberger
    medallion at the AKC Agility Invitational in Long
    Beach, CA on December 12 and 13th.
    Denver and Forever Green's Nautica RE, MXP, MJP,
    OFP, LCA VLA were the first Leonbergers to be
    invited to this AKC National event.
    Congratulations to Denver and Nautica (Top Agility
    Leo for 2009) and to their owner, Bill Wilson who
    have all worked VERY hard for the distinction!
